LinkforCare.org Kansas City is a wide-ranging and in-depth directory of services for seniors and adults with disabilities. It is designed specifically for the greater Kansas City area and is the most detailed service directory currently available. To ensure that information is current, all services are updated at least once a year. LinkforCare.org Kansas City makes searching for services and providers easy. You can find helpful services and resources in 76 different areas, organized into 10 handy categories.

LinkforCare.org Kansas City is a project developed with grants from the Speas Foundation; the Health Resources and Services Administration, DHHS; and support from Kansas University Medical Center. It is designed to be a community service for Kansas City’s seniors and adults with disabilities, family/friend caregivers, and health and human services providers who serve older persons and adults with disabilities. LinkforCare.org Kansas City is maintained and managed by staff at Kansas University Medical Center.
